B: 4 sausage links. 18oz of iced tea. Trying to get rid of the coffee in the morning...doesn't do so well with tummy.
S: 5 sticks of plain celery. L: Tuna Salad w/ a few green olives and onions mixed in. Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi. S: 4 peices of PepperJack cheese, 1 slice turkey bologna. Green Tea. D: Fried cabbage w/ salt, pepper, cayenne, celery, 1 slice of ham. 2 hard boiled eggs(might mash up with a tad of mayo, not a big egg fan). Water! Water! Water! |

well with me just now getting up and its now 1158am i just ate breakfast 2 eggs, with 2 slices of turkey cut up in it and lil cheese made myself a omelet well i tryed too but still was good.
guess i dont make them that well but its just me so who cares. lol 16 oz diet pepsi.lunch: dont know supper: well im going to see george strait tonight at conseco so im not sure what ill eat. Last edited by tammy39 : 02-22-2007 at 10:02 AM. Reason: wrong spelling |

So far all I have had is 3 oz of sausage. 8oz coffee w/ heavy cream and about 50 oz of water. It's one of those "not at all hungry days" so far. Ususally I end up hungry later. Planning on having chicken salad.

don't laugh at me, TOM is coming...
breakfast~ dry protein bread toast, coffee with cream and splenda, 1/3 C blueberries lunch~ 2 scrambled eggs with 1/4 C stewed tomatoes and basil, dry protein toast, 1/2 C lf cottage cheese with splenda and cinnamon snack(?)~ 5 TB peanut butter (ahhhhhh) 20 taro chips (ahhhh) one small dark chocolate dinner~ (will be) mexican chicken salad (spicy chicken, greens, salsa) not toooooo much damage? 101g carbs, 22g fiber about 1500 calories it could be a lot worse, right? ![]() |
