Lunch- 1/2 lb shrimp, 1 tablespoon ketch-a-tomato w/horseradish, 1/2 cup of yummy roasted red/orange/yellow peppers Dinner- Probably leftover crockpot garlic chicken & mixed greens w/flax oil & vinegar. Lost one pound this week! This included the chocolate covered strawberry from V-day! |

L- celery stick 3 inches long with 1/2tsp PButter(2 carbs) Tea with splenda S- 2 pieces grilled Tilipia fish sprayed with I cant believe its not butter spray, dashed with Paprika, and then 2 tablespoons concentrated lemon juice poured over it, topped with shredded melted mozerella cheese ,(<1 carb) 2 glasses Tea with splenda (0 carbs) and Asparagus seasoned with leftover bacon fat and butter.(3 Carbs) Snack- 5 BBQ Pork rinds (0 carbs) Total carbs today about (5.5 carbs) |
