L: kinda strange... a few bites of DH's chicken and mushroom chinese minus the rice. 2 b-fast sausages. 2 celery and dip.

S: making cream cheese muffins, so I'm sure I'll have at least one

D: Ham in the crockpot, spinach artichoke dip, salad

S: A cream cheese muffin if needed

**GYM**

L - double turkey burger with cheddar and LC ketchup, 2 gg brancrisp crackers with 2T. peanut butter (I was STARVING after my workout today!!)

D - something light. probably boneless, skinless chicken and a salad - organic, delicious, and sweet romaine - no dressing needed

So far today I've had coffee with Splenda and half and half, two eggs with a sprinkle of sharp cheddar, a handfull of roasted almonds, and a diet Sierra Mist. In the oven right now, for an early dinner (because I have to go to bed early), I have buffalo chicken strips baking. They smell wonderful, and I made a great dipping sauce to go with them (these were one of the items I made at Pass Your Plate yesterday).

Sunday was:
B - slice of spinach crustless quiche and a coffee
L - hamburger with the lot (patty, egg, bacon, beetroot, pineapple, cheese, tomato, lettuce and onions, kept the bun for my sisters chooks!) and a diet coke
D - lamb roast with rosemary and garlic with roasted onion, zucchini and eggplant (I'll be eating that leg for the next century!)

Had about 4 glasses of white wine and some pork krackles too. NO MORE ALCOHOL FOR ME FOR THE WEEK.....I so struggle there!

Hi Marieze!!

B: omelet with bacon and cheese

L: portabella mushroom pizza(from Linda Sue) salad with spinach instead of lettuce

D: probably nothing...I didn't eat "lunch" til almost 8pm!

Those portabella pizzas are the bomb!! I know I overdid it today with the cheese and ranch so I pray the scale forgives me tomorrow!!
