B - 3 slices of thick cut bacon. I was going to have eggs too - but boy this stuff was really thick. It filled me up- and I can really eat some bacon.
L - I will cook my two breakfast eggs and have a little cheese on them. D - Cooked a pork roast in the crockpot and will stirfry with some cabbage and onions. I have been really craving cabbage lately. S - If needed - I will have a small salad with some ranch. |

i woke up late (11ish) and had a small ribeye and made the YUMMY PANCAKES on lindas site. Ate them all LOLfor dinner i'll probably eat another steak or do some sausage/havarti roll ups and 1/2 a grapefruit for dessert |

B) had Dana Carpenders "fried mush" (tastes like french toast)
L) had a slice of LindaSues lowcarb pizza and some chocolate peanut butter cheesecake mousse (recipe from this site) S) brussells sprouts with butter, garlic, lemon and sauteed mushrooms spinach artichoke dip with celery stix 1/2 cup mousse Just realized I've done a lot of cooking today, except for the pizza which was in the freezer. |

well i ate weird on saturday...its actually sunday morning for me here..i just arrived in manila
B- okc airport bacon and eggs and coffee L- dfw airport...ordered some hot wings from tgifridays and they gave me breaded chicken tenders...i was very upset...didnt have time for them to make it over so i jsut picked off as much of the breading as i could D- had some meatballs in the sfo airport then on the flight to manila...some weird stuff...lol...tried to just eat the meat and veggies...did have 1 piece of bread B- again on the flight to manila...had scrambled eggs...milkfish...whatever that is...lol...it was good though...veggies, fruit and coffee here in the hotel now...will probably go eat in their buffet later...will eat some kind of meat and salad

I can't tell you all my meals but will tell you my free meal. yum!
pork roast cooked in the crockpot with onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup. potatoes cut in half and cooked in it also. I had 1/2 potato and some pork. green beans salad: lettuce, broccoli, mushrooms, tomato and feta/dill dressing 3 chocolate truffles (1 serving). this was my first free meal since starting a new plan. was tasty, but back on my scheduled eats now. ![]() |
