Cranky and tired today Just kinda feel "body icky", and need to flush out some of the "toxins" or something. Going to try and gets lots of water and green tea in today. Running some blood tests tomorrow to make sure all is well, so gotta eat semi-clean today.

B: 4 peices of pepperoni, 1 cream cheese muffin. Coffee w/ SF Vanilla Creamer.

S: Green Tea.

L:Whatever is catered in, hopefully a salad. Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi

S:Green Tea

D: Hubby will be gone, so probably a salad and some sauerkraut. Been craving it, and he hates it! Wanted to eat a sausage too, but since I'm running a lipid panel tomorrow, thats not so much a good idea

Lots and lots of water.
