It's been that I have not been eating "meals" I bring things to eat at work for breakfast and lunch and then I find that I nibble on "breakfast" through to lunch and then I might nibble on "lunch" through the afternoon and I have a snack at dinner so I think I will just post my list of food for the day rather than breaking it down by meal...

At work, I have:
3 jumbo egg omelette with cheese
2 chicken legs

Not sure what I will have when I get home this evening - not all that hungry these days. Will get my veggies though.

Hope it passes quickly and with as little pain as possible!

I've never had one but my DH has had 3 and the last one had to be surgically removed. It was hard to watch him be so miserable.
