It's been that I have not been eating "meals" I bring things to eat at work for breakfast and lunch and then I find that I nibble on "breakfast" through to lunch and then I might nibble on "lunch" through the afternoon and I have a snack at dinner so I think I will just post my list of food for the day rather than breaking it down by meal...
At work, I have: 3 jumbo egg omelette with cheese 2 chicken legs Not sure what I will have when I get home this evening - not all that hungry these days. Will get my veggies though.

B- bacon chive cream cheese muffin
S atkins cafe mocha shake-drinking it now L- will be cheese/garlic italian sausage with sauteed spinach (garlic, evoo and mushrooms) D- unsure working the nite job.. marieze I hope you feel better! Broth Broth Broth!!!! I dont know how bad this is for low carbers....but drinking rice water really helps with stomach bugs and the runs....it tastes kinda nasty but really helps! |

L-romaine, chopped porkchop, balsamic vinegar S-LF cottage cheese, raspberries D-whatever DH makes + extra greens S-dannon F&L/flaxmeal, PB or nuts Oh - And I want to thank whomever it was yesterday for the Fish Tip on using seasoning/parmesan for a coating.... I used Everglades seasoning, basil and parmesan - gentle pressed some tilapia into it and baked it... Was WONDERFUL! |

Breakfast - Two eggs/Amer. chz & sausage
