What are you making for the week ahead?

So far I've browned a pound of bacon, made a big bowl of SF Jello and am planning on making 1/2 dozen HB eggs, a large batch of Twice Baked Cauliflower, and a big bowl of cut up salad veggies.

I made a big pot of soup with all legal veggies and did my grocery shopping. I forgot eggs, though. I was going to make deviled eggs. I'll still do it, though. It makes all the difference to be prepared.

I have a batch of the crockpot stroganoff posted by CarolynF in the crockpot right now. Cooked chicken thighs for salads for the week - cut it up into chunks and will bag it up tomorrow when I get more bags... Then I made jello jigglers (sf) for a treat day at work tomorrow, hamburger patties for breakfasts - yes, breakfasts. Now I'm taking a break before I hard-boil about a dozen eggs and cut up my lettuce for the week.

Oh, and I made a batch of sugar-free mini-cheesecakes and a double batch of Revolution Rolls.

Now I need to go clean my kitchen

I still have wings from mid week last week. I grilled tonight (filled it) - steak, pork chops, and bratworst. We had a great dinner and there is a lot of meat left over for this week. I cleaned and bagged lettuce for salads, got some wonderful beef steak tomatoes, roast beef and muenster cheese for bunless subs this week.

Made

LYNN'S "SPLIT PEA" SOUP
Beefy Mushroom Soup
oven cooked a pound of bacon

Still working on:
Salads for each weekday (Fresh Xpress Field Greens, spinach and LC veggies) I make a complete salad, sanz dressing, in 5 Glad containers, and all I have to do is add the dressing and the pumpkin seeds. Better than any side salad from McDonalds, or Wendys.
Tuna Muffins for breakfast

LOL - I read Beef Goulash but somehow had it in my head that it was Stroganoff I was making. I DID wonder how the tomatoes fit into stroganoff...

Anyway, here's the link: Crockpot Beef Goulash

But it's Goulash, not Stroganoff. Sorry!

How long does stuff keep in the fridge for? Or do you guys freeze a lot of things? I am always afraid stuff will go bad if I cook it in advance. I am extra paranoid about unfresh food. Probably unreasonably so.

I make up my food for the entire week... then take it out each day and put into a smaller containe (lock and lock) to take to work each day.
