WOE: Atkins ~ Maintenance

Breakfast: Six strips bacon, cooked until crispy. 2 tablespoons cream cheese with chopped green olives on rye crispbread. Medium Dunkin Donuts iced coffee. Water.

I've been on maintenance for around 4 years now and keep my carbs around 50-70g a day. Today is around 45g.
