Breakfast - coffee and cream
Lunch - nothing
Dinner- Chicken brocolli cauliflower stir fry and water....

I have to get some test done at the doctors at 2:45... so I am trying not to eat anything till then... finished my coffee about 7am... I will be happy to eat my stir fry when i get home....

B - 2 bran cracker thingies with PB - black coffee

L - leftover crustless quiche

D - Fresh shrimp - peel and eat - sauteed in some butter and cajun seasoning with cocktail sauce made with LC ketchup and horseradish, side salad with carb options italian and freshly grated parm cheese.

DBF got his yearly bonus today~ we're celebrating with some huge shrimp!

B - A lovely Eggland's best 2 egg omelet with chopped broccoli, a few fresh mushroom's and a touch of cheddar Jack.

L - 4 ounces of chicken breast and a half cup of plain yogurt with Raspberry DaVinci's SF syrup.

S - A bunless lean hamburger. Probably with lettuce, mayo, mustard, a bit if ketchup and a slice of tomato.

Ok maybe i eat to much to lose weight, but i have trouble controlling my snacking.

Breakfast: 2 eggs with a bit of sugar free syrup and coffee with cream

Lunch: 5 oz chicken with sprinkle of cheese, lettuce, cucumbers, onion, 1 tsp salsa and 2 tsp ranch on a 5 carb wrap.

Snack: two revolution rolls with 2 tsp heavy whipping cream made with slpenda

Supper will be: 2 meat balls and a small lettuce salad with ranch.

drinks: diet pepsi and water all day

will someone please comment on this food for the day?
