B-Bacon, egg salad decaf w/cream

L-pumpkin sausage soup (made a curried version last night, YUM!)

D-probably chile or something. I have 4 pounds of ground beef for the crockpot and don't know what to make!

Have a GREAT superbowl sunday.......go whoever!!!!! (not big fb fan)

Lunch-grazing on celery sticks, homemade ranch dip, some tastes of cooked hamburger, ham/pickle roll ups

Dinner-Snacks during the superbowl-Fried little weenies with LC ketchup and mustard (while others have pigs in blankets), a serving of sweet potato chips, celery dipped in homemade ranch, a spoonful of my famous taco dip (no chips) and apple slices.

B- 4 sausage links dipped in mustard coffee
L- 4 slices bacon , water, coffee
S- lemon baked chicken w/ cooked cabbage,green peppers and onions with low Carb steak sauce to dip chicken in. Water, and glass of tea w/ splenda

l. salad with lettuce, cucumber, celery, tomato, spanish onion, ham, cheese and greek dressing. diet coke
d. either left over soup from yesterday (chicken broth, soy sauce, seasame oil, pak choy, shallots, mushrooms) or beef stir fry with capsicum, shallots, pak choy....will depend if i can be bothered cooking.
