Not sure yet - there is something going on with my mouth and I have no desire to chew food. So something soft - probably eggs this morning, but will be out all day my daughter's soccer tournament. I can usually find lc food when we are at tournaments, but it's not usually soft - could get tricky...

all you can eat chinese buffet.
i stacked my plate in 3 layers.
it was all just meat and veggies though. w/ a glass of water.
so i'm done for the day, except my hot vanilla caramel truffel tea tonight.
mmmmmm, it was so good.

well i went to golden corral this mornign for breakfast and ate to much
omelet...3 pieces bacon...1 piece sausage...2 small pieces of pork steak...1 polish sausage...and some kind of spanish meat with cilantro on top
OMG!!! i was stuffed...i dont like doing that but it was all so good...thank goodness i dont do it all the time...its evening and im still feeling full...i wont be eating anything else today.

B: leftover pepperoni pizza(the sausage/burger crust kind)

L+D: Dreamfield pasta with chicken, broccoli, alfredo/sour cream sauce

I ate lunch late and i'm not hungry so the pasta will be both lunch and dinner for me. Plus dinner was a little higher carb too!!

hubby and I had a diet rootbeer with some heavy cream added and it tastes like a rootbeer float! Yummy
