L - Chicken saldad (shredded roast chicken breast w/mayo) 1/2 cucumber. D - "Portabello Skins" - baked portabello mushrooms topped with cheese, bacon, tomato & chives. Gave DH a portabello mushroom growing kit for christmas and we are on our 2nd harvest. Last harvest we didn't use them all - I am not as big a mushroom fan as him, but with the recipe above (that I just found today) I could be! |
