B: 2 egg omelet with bit of cream cheese and bacon, chai tea w/half & half
L: Crunchy chicken salad: 3.25 oz chicken, 2 slices bacon, few slices cukes, 2 red pepper rings, chopped lettue, tossed with light mayo D: apple cider glazed pork chop from Linda Sue's site, and Ugly (roasted) green beans S: Jello made with 4 tbs ff half & half (only if I "need" a snack tonight) Bad weather is coming, think I'll make Linda Sue's faux potato soup for the weekend. L = chicken salad (roasted chicken breast/shredded with mayo) & cucumber slices D = steak and some veggie Liquids = Super Big Gulp (44oz) diet coke, 44oz herbal tea (lemon/ginger) with liquid splenda. My "c0cktail" later will be club soda w/ginger concentrate & sweetner. |

Snack-2 all beef sticks L-Can of albacore white tuna mixed with Hellmann's, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 Fuji Apple D-3 egg omlette filled with 4 oz leftover tbone steak, 1/2 green pepper, 1 small onion, lots of butter, LC ketchup and a mug of decaf coffee. I gotta go shopping. Not a real veggie/salad thing in sight!!!!! ACK! |

B- had a late breakfast more like brunch (we slept in no school because of snow)so I had sausage/egg patty sandwich with shredded cheddar cheese inside the two about noonish with coffee and later a glass of water
