D: Crock pot chicken breasts, broccoli w/ cheese, salad.

Feeling very snacky today...no appetite for actual meals so...

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs w/a little cheddar melted in and chai tea w/splenda and sf creamer
Snack/Lunch: LC blueberry yogurt, 2oz cheddar cheese, pepperoni slices, raw pecans, diet snapple raspberry tea, caff.free diet pepsi
Dinner: not sure if I'll continue the snacky type thing or grill some chicken in hot sauce and have it on a salad.

B- 16oz cup of coffee with heavy cream and sweetnlow...2 eggs with 2T best foods mayo...this is really yummy and helps balance out the protein and fat

L- salad with polish sausage...cheese...ranch dressing

D- salad from a restaurant with turkey...bacon...chicken...cheddar cheese...tomatoes...almond slivers...eggs...ranch dressing...big salad...shared with my son

S- cup of hot tea with heavy cream...sweetnlow...whipped cream on top
