WOE: Atkins and The Firm
Start Date: Atkins 1998, Firm 1991
I am Fat Fasting today so the menu is:

Meal #1: Sugar free, crustless cheesecake, white tea
Meal #2: 1/3 cup pecan halves, herb tea
Meal #3: One chicken thigh, roasted with the skin on, decaf tea
Meal #4: Two scrambled eggs cooked in butter, one strip nitrate free bacon, tea
Meal #5: Sugar free, crustless cheesecake, water

This is something I've worked out after over 30 fat fasts in the past three years. I am very resistant to fat loss and only maintain on induction. It has been my saving grace thanks to Dr. Atkins.
