Snack: sugar free Jello, diet soda w/ splenda

Lunch: Hard boiled eggs, w/ water

Snack: sugar free Jello, diet soda w/ spenda

Dinner: straight chicken with celery and lightly salted w/ water

Desert: sugar free Jello w/ water

Sounds boring but I love eggs and Jello!

D: I totally forgot to take something out of the freezer, so it will probably be steakums w/ provolone and grilled onions & grilled zucchini

S: I'm not sure I'll be hungry enough for a snack today, but if I am it will be 2 ounces of cheddar cheese.

L - Egg Salad with celery sticks

D - baked chicken with my zuchinni slop

zuchinni slop is sliced zuchinni cooked with a touch of mayo added while on low heat, grated parma cheese and seasoning. Yummy! The mayo and cheese combo makes a creamy sauce.

Oh, the seasoning I add is Old Bay and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
