L: Cream cheese, ham, shredded cheese rolled up in a LC tortilla. Pickle. Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi.

S: Green Tea

D: Ordering from a local italian restaurant. They will make food as low carb as possible per request. Having the "chicken soto", which is chicken with melted provolone cheese over the top, smothered in mushrooms and garlic in a white wine lemon butter sauce. It is amazing!! Oh, and a side salad and sauteed veggies. Can't wait!!

S: Maybe a glass or two of red wine.
