M1: 1 scoop prot. powder, 1 banana, coffee with fat free CCountdown milk M2: barley and low fat turkey sausage soup with carrots and mushrooms, and 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese M3: cottage cheese, oat brans, 1 apple M4: Wasa Fiber crisp crackers, 4 oz. lean turkey, 1 dannon lite n Fit yogurt, 1/2 tomato M5: ?? not sure yet |

Hi - Egg fast bugs my gallbladder but it really works.
B: 3 eggs w/ sausage patty L: caffeine-free diet pepsi, large salad with cucumbers, a 1/4 cup cheese, 2 scoops tuna, and ranch dressing D: Linda Sue's sloppy joes. I bought all the stuff yesterday! I'm going to eat it on top of lettuce like a taco salad. Water: 124 oz for the day |
