I spread a softened package of cream cheese in the bottom of a 8 x 8 casserole dish. Then dumped a can of salsa verde on it. Cooked 1 lb. hamburger and added Linda Sue's taco seasoning , added that to the dish. Topped with shredded cheese , jalapenos and green onions. It was so good. It only took a small portion to fill me up. Like 1/8th ofthe entire dish.

Lean roast beef with a little mayo/horseradish

24 oz diet coke

I realize the mayo/horseradish and dill pickles aren't K/E
