I started back on the low carb train this Monday, wow I had a 2yr long cheat. Took me that long and a 50lb gain to get back on......wwwhhheewwwiiiiieeeeee!!! LOL. Anyhow, I had this nice list in my favorites of recipes sites, and also one that I really liked that had all kinds of menus in it for induction, and maintenance with the recipes and all. Does anyone have any of those they could pass on to me? Seems to me there were several by women and maybe one or two sites that men wrote that had tons of menus. I just don't have the imagination to COOK up these things! And this was wonderful way for me to SIMPLIFY......I was eating the same things day in and day out because I just didn't have much of an imagination. Can anyone give me some links to Induction menus?

I would appreciate it, time to build my low carb portfolio again folks!

Oh yes......Linda's website, that is a biggie!!!! I remember, do u know any more that have lots of induction menus, already made out?

'72 Atkins challege recipes and theres a whole thread of recipes
