B- 2 string cheese and 1/4 cup peanuts
L- Holiday Party (yikes!) I plan to have the toppings off the pizza we are ordering and anything else that looks LC.D- Not sure, probably going out. It's never hard for me to stay on plan at restaurants though. |

had .5 c cream top yogurt with sf chocolate syrup and .25 c kashi high protein high fiber cereal for breakfast. took my vitamins and acidophilus.
maybe some sliced turkey for lunch if I am hungry Homemade chicken stew with celery, zucchini, and some egg dumplings (got a recipe for polish egg dumplings on the recipe board, hope they are good!) green tea and water for beverages |

I am going home to lunch in a few minutes where I will make a big crockpot full of FABULOUS soup - beef hunks, a couple carrots, a bunch of celery, beef broth, maybe go wild and add some mushrooms.

I made a squash/lentil/curry soup - it's awesome. Not low-carb, but full of vitamins and fiber. Great with a dollop of Fage yogurt in the middle.

B: 2 egg omelet w/a slice of american cheese, 1 container of Dannon light and fit low carb yogurt.
L: Holiday luncheon buffet - couple (thin)slices of turkey and ham, couple cubes of cheese, a couple tablespoons of tossed salad and a couple tablespoons of green beans). S: I brought lunch in case the buffet was not friendly so I ate about 1/2 cup of cold pasta (dreamfields elbows) salad with tuna and celery mixed in (Yummmmmyyyyy!) at about 3pm to take the edge off. D: 1 and 1/2 cups of cold pasta salad |

Breakfast-2 hot dog sized sausage links from Meijer Gas Station, 16 oz decaf coffee with 1 tbsp 1/2 & 1/2
Lunch-Big romaine salad with grape tomatoes, mixed shredded cheese, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, ranch dressing Dinner-2 hamburgers each topped with two sliced grape tomatoes, mayo, LC ketchup, sprinkle of mixed shredded cheese 2 Klaussen dill pickles (on the small side), and 1/2 cup cottage cheese. Coffe all day long...I couldn't warm up for some reason. All decaf, no cream or sugar-was at work and I ran out of 1/2 & 1/2.
