Lunch-1/2 nice sized sirloin steak, 1/2 sweet potato with butter (all cooked at home) Dinner-Romaine Salad with grape tomatoes, black olives, 1 cup broccoli/cauliflower mix, leftover steak and 1/2 sweet potato with butter |

Breakfast so its always a hand ful of Pork Rinds and a Golden Del. Apple Lunch: never really hungry, maybe another handful of Pork Rinds Dinner: normally 3 eggs w/a bit of Steele Cut Oats mixed in Loads of water and d. coke to drink Not the most healthy eating, but works for me ![]() |

My Breakfast and Lunch, Snack and part of dinner are entirely from Trader Joes!
BFast: 1 small blueberry wheat muffin, 1 chicken sausage Lunch: Frozen, baked eggplant parm with mozz cheese Snack: 1 Laughing Cow Cheese Triangle Planned Dinner: Chicken Breast w/ sauteed green beans. Dessert: SF Jello w/ cool whip, cottage cheese and walnuts, 2 tea biscuits, Hot Chocolate w/ Calorie Countdown, cocoa powder and splenda. |

S: 1 hard boiled egg, cheese stick L: veggie "crumble" with chopped broccolil, mushrooms, feta, and italian spices S: 1 oz peanuts D: homemade tomato cheddar soup, LC tortilla with cheese grilled in the oven, LC cheesecake I have a test tonight, so I'm hoping all the protein will give me energy! Breakfast - Egg sandwich with bacon egg and cheese from WAWA - threw the bun away. Coffee with cream and splenda
Lunch - Taco salad with no chips Snack - 1/2 cup of assorted nuts. Coffee with cream and splenda Dinner - 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of swiss. Evening snack - a pickle and 2 slim jims. |
