I had an odd breakfast this morning...it was actually more like lunch since I was up at 4am
I made Sloppy Joe stuffed peppers yesteday (from Linda Sue's website). They were great, but only feeding myself there was a lot left over. Took one out to reheat this morning and the pepper was kindof mushy. Still good, just weird texture, so I chopped half the pepper into the meat, heated it up and tossed it in with a serving of dreamfields spaghetti, topped with shredded cheddar. It was SO dang good, that's what I'll be having for dinner too!

Breakfast: Coffee, scrambled eggs and sausage while at the airport
Lunch: some cashews (we were in the air and it was the only thing I brought with me)
Dinner: Chicken, cheese and veggies at TGI Fridays.

I'm coming off of maintenance to try and get rid of that last 20lbs. I'm traveling 2-3 weeks a month lately which means eating in restauraunts everything. It's going to be tough.

Stats: 304/225 in 1991 then low carbing 6/05 @ 225/138/?
WOE: LOw Carbing, nO Sugar/Bread (PlaNnEd ChEAtS noW)
Start Date: July 1st, 2005 ( just wanted to loose 25 pounds)
breakfast
4 scrambled eggs, 6 slices bacon, (was hungry) 0 carbs
starbucks iced coffee with 4 shots expresso, heaving whipping cream and
sweetner 0 carbs
flavored water 0 carbs

lunch
deep fried shrimp in parmasian breading 0 carbs
avacado (need potassium for leg cramps) 7 carbs for half
2 peices of russell stover crispy carmal chocolate candy 2 carbs
flavored water

supper
skipped

not hungry and planned cheat of

3 michelob ultra light beers at 3 carbs each total 9 carbs

total carb count for day is 18 carbs

still under 20 carbs... still
losing/maintaining/losing..

i have decided i DO want to loose another 15 pounds, but i have also decided it is OK if it takes me 15 months to do it... that way it is still slow and still leaves me here everyday and dont have to deal with adding carbs back right now, as i dont want to go there yet...
yes i have planned cheats, last month i had a krystal cheesburger, 18 carbs
i still do not eat fruit.

i did by a baked potato about two weeks ago and i am planning on eating it, it is small, i have just not decided when i am going to partake and enjoy it without guilt.. i looked at it today and said no. maybe by the time i say yes, it will have stuff growing out of it and turned soft.. lol...

i had a baked potato about two months ago from wendys with cheese, butter, sour cream and it was not good, did not eat it because it was old, and over cooked... i ate the toppings

so i still have a craving for a potato,, i had a craving for sushi recently and went and ordered it and ate 3 peices of 7 and it was not as expected.

but i admit, the krystal cheeseburger with bread was awesome... the day after i have to admit, i broke down and went back and got three more, so after that i have not been back. dont want to go back. nothing taste as good as being a baggy size 8 feels....
i may have one next month, but not this month...
i still do not eat real sugar, or cake, or deserts of any kind

kind
