Breakfast-None

Lunch-A Big Chef's Salad from local pizza joint. It had ham, turkey, salami, tomatoes, green peppers, three cheese blend, mushrooms and I added some black olives to it at home, with Hidden Valey Ranch Dressing (2 tbsp)

Dinner-Trying to get DF to take me to Texas Roadhouse for nekkid ribs, sirloin steak and a huge Sweet Potato. If not, then it will be a can of tuna mixed with mayo and some pickle spears LOL
