Breakfast- Flax-o-meal cereal w/butter, and bacon, coffee w/cream

Lunch-business meeting at a hotel, something legit though

Dinner-Chicken breast, green veggie of some kind

Dinner - Not sure yet! Maybe left over Korean Pork and veggies from last night

Need to get more water in me . . . . only 1 8oz glass so far today . . .

Breakfast: 3 eggs made with cream and flipped like a pancake(love these) bit of sugar free syrup on these too
Coffee w/ cream

Lunch: 5 oz chicken breast with lettuce and cheddar cheese on LC wrap (3gram carbs)


Snack: sugar free jello


Supper: taco salad with salsa and sour cream

2 diet pepsi's also
