Once a month cooking / freezer meals...

I was wondering if anyone has used the lowcarb freezer meals mailer from savingdinner.com?

I am going to cough up the ~$9 and try it for next month. I have done once a month cooking before, but not much success with many low carb meals (making it up on my own), its much easier doing rice & noodle dishes.

I know of some folks who have used the regular menu-mailer for lowcarb, and love it. It is really nice for those of us who hate the time to set up menus and shopping lists.
