Breakfast: 3 Egg Salad, bacon, coffee w/cream

Lunch: Italian Sausages

Dinner: Grilled Salmon w/ asparagus

Lunch: same as breakfast

Dinner: some type of soup (depends on if it's carb heavy or contains dairy) & garden salad at my fave espresso place along with a sugar free peppermint patty latte made with soy milk

1 cup of beef stew i made the other day with small amount of root veggies. I grande coffee with 2 splendas and cream

Snack:
veggies and some dip, 3 cheese slices

L:
greek salad

D:
roasted chicken in garlic wine sauce, sm salad

after din:
wine maybe a few pork rinds

L--have a doc appt, so I'll probably stop for a $1 double cheeseburger at Mickey Dee's, no bun of course

D--chicken breasts with some tomatoe paste, with moz cheese, some dreamfields leftover pasta

snack--diet kroger pink lemondate, some melted cheese probably

B: 1/2 cup greek yogurt with white chocolate davinci

L: Egg salad, veggies and ranch, cheese cubes (thank goodness for the awesome grocery/eatery place in my work building that is just stocked full of yummy low carb foods)

D: Hmm...dont know. i have some leftover rotisserie chicken and ground beef in the fridge waiting to be made into meatloaf.
