Oct 9-15 OWL dairy rung menus

Trying to keep myself honest here.

B-eggs, maybe some breakfast meat OR 1/2 cup cottage cheese with leftover veggies OR a whey proteing drink
L-medium salad with leftover meat/egg/tuna OR leftovers
S (if desired) either veggie strips with cream cheese or a whey protein drink (2 carbs)

Dinners:
Mon-canned corned beef with steamed cabbage and green beans
Tue-venison BBQ with splenda slaw and mock potato salad
Wed-spaghetti squash with meat sauce and mozzerella, salad
Thu-pork chops with bacon and onion, bourbon pumpkin casserole OR green beans, salad
Fri-leftovers
Sat-a party, taking veggie tray and ham, cheese, and romaine rollups with marie's ranch
Sun- a family gathering, naked fried fish, splenda slaw, green beans OR LindaSue's baked stuffed mock potatoes

Desserts on hand as carb count allows: jello fluff, beachgirl's basic cheesecake, Trader Joe's chocolate tea with splenda and cream

What are Dairy Rung Menus???? I don't have a clue.

Congrats HarleyLady on that tremendous amount of weight loss and making it to your goal weight.
Could it be your TOM????? It is probably just water and in a few days you will be fine.

Sorry. I'm on Atkins OWL, on the dairy rung of the carbohydrate ladder.

1)Induction, total daily carbs=20
2) extra veggies, total daily carbs =25
3) may add more cheese and may have cottage cheese, total daily carbs=30
4) add nuts , total daily carbs= 35
5) add berries and some melon
6) alcohol
7) legumes
8) fruits
9) starchy veggies
10) whole grains

......some people might not be able to add back in all of the foods

no tom
had a hysteromomy two years ago.
went from 200 to 225 in 6 weeks after surgery
that is when i said THIS HAS TO END
and started atkins modified. i was never straight,
i had lots of cheats, but just picked up and trudged on
now at maiintenance i am actually scared and feel out of
control...and i dont like it.... i have not been binging, but the
cravings are back. so i HAVE HAD to MUCH SUGAR
ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
