Monday's Lowfat & lowcarb maintainer menu

Yes that is my patio and back yard. Beyond those trees is the lake. We live on a small bay off of Kentucky Lake. It is a beautiful area.
  • 1/2 decaf black coffee, 4 cups all day
    brunch: reduced fat ricotta cheese pancake, 2 sf syrup
    1:00: chicken salad
    4:00: pumpkin bar
    psyllium fiber in 8 ounces water
    6:00: grilled rib eye steak
    cauliflower salad
    2 cups lettuce fresh veggies, 2 T ranch drsg
    6 oz wine
    Snack: reduced fat string cheese grilled on flatout bread, CF diet soda
70 ounces water
Walk 3.65 miles at a pace of 16.71 per mile.
Exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min using 2 lb hand weights.

    Brunch: 1 whole egg, 1 egg white scrambled in butter
    1:00: tacoless salad
    4:00: banana w 2 tbs peanut
    psyllium fiber in 8 ounces water
    6:00: ham and beans w cabbage noodles
    2 cups lettuce w fresh veggies, 2 tbs ranch
    6 oz wine
    Snack: almonds, cf diet soda
70 ounces water
Walk / jog 2.5 miles, exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min.

L: 3 thin lf ham slices, 10 baby carrots w/1 tbsp ranch dressing, 2 cups lettuce w/1 tbsp ranch dressing

s: bb lite 85 raspberry yogurt

D: taco salad (1/2 taco meat, 2 cups lettuce and 2 tbsp salsa)

    6 oz wine
    Snack: 2 slices 40% less fat bacon, CF diet soda, few peanuts

    cauliflower salad

    few left over peas
    6 oz wine
    Snack: reduced fat string cheese grilled on lc tortills half, CF diet soda
70 ounces water
Walk with gentle jogging for a mile pace of 15!!! Proud of that, 2.8 miles in 42 min.
No workout today.

6 oz wine
Snack: peanuts, CF diet soda

My friend called that a "Parrot" Flower. I think it is some kind of Orchid, not sure.
