Monday's Lowfat & lowcarb maintainer menu
Yes that is my patio and back yard. Beyond those trees is the lake. We live on a small bay off of Kentucky Lake. It is a beautiful area.
Walk 3.65 miles at a pace of 16.71 per mile. Exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min using 2 lb hand weights.

1/2 decaf black coffee, 4 cups all day Brunch: 1 poached egg, 1 zucchini muffin 1:00: tacoless salad 4:00: zucchini crisp psyllium fiber in 8 ounces water 6:00: Shrimp Scampi (oldest DS is coming for supper and he might have to cook too) cabbage noodles 2 cups lettuce w fresh veggies, 2 T homemade lc poppyseed drsg 6 oz wine Snack: peanuts, CF diet soda __________________ |
