Menus for the week of Sept 25

Easier thank you ' s
When you throw a bridal/baby shower, buy a pack of thank you cards
for the guest of honor. During the party, pass out the envelopes and
have everyone put their address on one. When the bride/new mom sends
the thank you ' s, they ' re all addressed!

Just an interesting tip. Will get with the menu Monday. Sure need to lose 2 pounds. I keep reaching for things not on my menu and they seem to be keeping me stuck at 122.

10 AM: orange

12: 3 slices ham, lf cheesestick and baby carrots

3 PM: lf yogurt

6 PM: grilled chicken salad w/lf ranch dressing

brunch: 1 shanny cake muffin, 1 poached egg
1:30: tacoless salad
4:00: zucchini crisp
psyllium fiber in 8 ounces water
6:00: South Beach Chicken Veggie pizza
2 cups lettuce w fresh veggies, 2 T ranch drsg
6 oz wine
Snack: reduced fat string cheese 1/2 piece grilled on 1/3rd slice flatout bread, CF diet soda
70 ounces water
Walk 3.67 miles. Exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min.

I am trying something different today. I am going to do mini-meals.

6:00 AM--small yellow apple and lf cheesestick

8:00 AM--sf mocha w/lc ff milk

10:00 AM--1 lf ham slice and 10 baby carrots

noon--kroger lite apple pie yogurt and orange

3:00 PM--2 lf ham slices and 10 baby carrots

6:00 PM--grilled chicken breast and 1 cup green beans

8:00 PM--lite raspberry yogurt (if needed)

Hope those mini meals do what you want them to do for you, Rachael.

I eat several mini meals during the day but ususally have a big supper. Probably not a good idea.
  • 1/2 decaf black coffee, 4 cups all day
    Brunch: NONONO a blueberry muffin
    1 whole egg, 1 egg white scrambled in butter
    1:00: left over salmon patty
    4:00: banana w 2 tbs natural pb
    psyllium fiber in 8 ounces water
    6:00: dinner at friends house
    will keep it low carb
    bringing lc pumpkin bars for dessert
    Snack: almonds, cf diet soda
80 ounces water
Walk 2.6 miles, exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min.

6:00-- 3/4 cup Uncle Sam's cereal w/splenda packet and 1/2 cup lc ff milk

8:00-- 16 oz sf vanilla chai w/lc ff milk

10:00 AM--1/2 cup lf cottage cheese

12:00-- 2 think lf ham slices, 15 baby carrots w/1 tbsp lf ranch

3:00 PM-- small yellow apple

5:00 PM-- grilled chicken salad (1 small grilled chicken breast, 2 cups lettuce, 2 tbsp shredded cheese) w/2 tbsp lf ranch dressing

7:00 PM-- lf yogurt (if needed)

Atleast 120 oz water!

    green bean casserole for RR
    lettuce salad w fresh veggies, 2 T ranch drsg
    6 oz wine
    Snack: 2 slices 40% less fat bacon, few peanuts, CF diet soda

60 ounces water
Walk 3.2 miles, exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min.

I tried a large breakfast and just mini meals the rest of the day, but it was just too weird. So this morning I just had 1/2 cup of Nutlettes with half and half so far. Yesterday I had more consistent mini meals thru out the whole day. AM having a LC shake, then a couple of Hotdogs at about 10:00, Pork Roast about noon, Cheese at about 2:00, and LC Bean Soup for dinner.

2 cups lettuce w fresh veggies, 2 T ranch drsg
6 oz wine
snack: almonds, cf diet soda
60 ounces water, walk 2.5 miles, exercise workout upper and lower body.

    steamed broccoli
    2 cups lettuce w fresh veggies, 2 T poppyseed drsg
    6 oz wine
    Snack: 2 slices 40% less fat bacon, few peanuts, CD diet soda

Water 60 ounces Exercise workout upper and lower body.

Walked in 5K race this am while DS ran. I pushed DGD in stroller until he finished and then I jogged some. Took me 46:43 min to finish. Lots of walkers, I even passed some up. Will get race results on Monday.

70 ounces water
Walk 3 miles. NO workout on Sunday.
