B: 2 slices CarbQuik Flax Zucchini Bread

s: 16 oz SF mocha w/lc ff milk

L: 1 cup homemade chicken salad and 10 baby carrots and nectarine

s: lf cheesestick (if needed)

D: taco salad (2 cups lettuce, 1/2 cup taco meat, 2 tbsp shredded cheese & 3 tbsp salsa)

s: bb lite 85 yogurt (if needed)

    psyllium fiber in 8ounces water
    6:00: Crockpot pizza soup
    2 cups mixed greens, fresh veggies, 2 T lc homemade poppyseed drsg
    6 oz wine
    Snack reduced fat string cheese grilled on flatout bread, CF diet soda

s: 1 orange

D: 1 cup chili and 1 lf cheesestick

s: 1/2 cup lf cottage cheese

    6 oz wine
    Snack: almonds, CF diet soda

Yikes! I can't believe I haven't posted since last Thursday. I've eaten good but haven't planned anything. Been busy painting kid's rooms.

Brunch : 1 whole egg, 1 egg white scramled in butter w cheese
1:00: ham salad w a tomato slice
4:00: 3 homemade almond flour cookies
psyllium fiber in 8 ounces water
6:00: left over lc chicken enchalladas
2 cups mixed greens, fresh veggies, 2 t ranch drsg
6 oz wine
Snack: 40 % less fat bacon, few peanuts, CF diet soda
60 ounces water
Walk 3.6 miles in under an hour 56 min.
Exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min.

    Snack: reduced fat string cheese grilled on flatout bread, CF diet soda
70 ounces water
Walk 2.6 miles, no workout today.

Exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min. No walk yet, thunderstorms.

s: 2 m & m cookies and 3 cups lf popcorn (not sure what in the world got into me this afternoon)

D: salad w/ranch dressing and pizza toppings from 2 pizza slices

    6:00: grilled hamburger patty w cheese
    onions & mushrooms sauteed in olive oil
    cauliflower salad
    2 cups lettuce w fresh veggies, 2 T lc homemade poppyseed drsg
    6 oz wine
    Snack: 2 slices 40% less fat bacon, CF diet soda
