Menus for the week of Sept 11

Have a great week and keep on eating. Have some hints to pass on.
To clean the glass in your shower easily, apply lemon juice to the
glass with a sponge. Then, take newspaper and wipe the lemon juice
off the glass. It will be clean and sparkle with no scrubbing!

I’m determined to lose this weight. I had a stressful 10 days and regained the little weight I had lost…so, here I am, restarting again. You guys are an inspiration to me. I’m so glad I can come back to the site and see your posts. Thank you!
To keep me a little more ‘honest’ I’m going to post what I actually eat the next day along with the plan for that day.
B: 2 scrambled eggs
S: berry smoothie
L: wings, veggie sticks w/ranch dressing
S: Nuts and cheese
