Menus for the week of Sept 11
Have a great week and keep on eating. Have some hints to pass on.
To clean the glass in your shower easily, apply lemon juice to the glass with a sponge. Then, take newspaper and wipe the lemon juice off the glass. It will be clean and sparkle with no scrubbing! Kat, High Point , NC |

I’m determined to lose this weight. I had a stressful 10 days and regained the little weight I had lost…so, here I am, restarting again. You guys are an inspiration to me. I’m so glad I can come back to the site and see your posts. Thank you!
To keep me a little more ‘honest’ I’m going to post what I actually eat the next day along with the plan for that day. B: 2 scrambled eggs S: berry smoothie L: wings, veggie sticks w/ranch dressing S: Nuts and cheese D: steak, broccoli casserole |

BH whatever you do keep coming back and put the errors behind you. One of these times it will all click in for you. Be patient. Do you drink enough water? That helps a lot even though sometimes you have to force the water down.
60 ounces water Walk/jog 2.6 miles, exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min.

Water is not an issue. Just life, foods, convenience, etc. keep getting in the way. ![]() |
