what you do to get movin' today?


my food:
B: 2 boiled eggs, coffee/half and half

L: hot wings, cucumber

S: 1 string cheese, coffee (black)

D: hot wings, broccoli


got my body movin':
going to the gym and did upper/lower/ab weight workout followed by 30 min. cross trainer alternating between 5 min. forward motion and 2 min. backward motion.


now, how 'bout you? hmmmmmmmmmmmm?

Breakfast:
  • 15 g low carb protein powder
  • 1.5 oz deli ham
  • 1.25 oz full fat cheddar cheese

Snack:
  • 1 oz full fat cream cheese
  • 7 grams real bacon bits
  • 1 medium celery stalk

Lunch:
  • 1.5 oz tomato
  • 1/2 oz green onion
  • 1/2 oz radish
  • 1 tbls blue cheese dressing
  • 1 oz full fat cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz deli ham

Dinner:
  • one turkey burger patty
  • 1 oz full fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp blue cheese dressing
  • 1 oz tomato
  • 2 1/2 oz lettuce
  • 2 oz cucumber
