soooooooooooo, what ya eat and... (sunday)
what you do to get movin' today?
my food: B: 2 boiled eggs, coffee/half and half L: hot wings, cucumber S: 1 string cheese, coffee (black) D: hot wings, broccoli got my body movin': going to the gym and did upper/lower/ab weight workout followed by 30 min. cross trainer alternating between 5 min. forward motion and 2 min. backward motion. now, how 'bout you? hmmmmmmmmmmmm? |
