Saturday's lowfat & lowcarb Maintainer menu
1/2 decaf black coffee 4 cups all day
Brunch: reduced fat ricotta cheese pancake w sf syrup 1:00: tacoless salad w turkey chili 4:00: carb clever peach slices topped w 2 Tbs 5 carb yogurt, cinnamon psyllium fiber in 8 ounces water 6:00: grilled hamburger patty w cheese onions & mushroom sauteed in olive oil left over cauliflower salad 2 cups mixed greens, fresh veggies, 2 T ranch drsg 6 oz wine Snack: almonds, 2 slices 40% less fat bacon, CF diet soda 60 ounces water, walk/jog 3.5 miles, exercise workout upper and lower body using 2 lb hand weights.

brunch: 2 fried eggs, 2 slices rye bread, 2 bacon 1:30: banana w 2 tbs natural pb 4:00: diet root beer float w real cream psyllium fiber in 8 ounces water 6:00: homemade chicken soup w cabbage noodles 2 cups mixed greens, fresh veggies, 2 T lc poppyseed drsg 6 oz wine Snack: pb rice krispie square, CF diet soda 70 ounces water |
