they are the best quick meals in my opinion... i never get sick of tehm because you can pair them with anything for a new taste...
mayo, mustard, sf ketchup, cheese bleu cheese dressing and celery over salads with cheddar, salsa, and sour cream it goes on and on , next the eggs I'd say they are one of the most versitile and handy lc foods! |

This is the only picture I could find: (There is also another brand at Walmart that is cheaper. They are usually right beside each other near the frozen pizzas.)

Okay, I found a bigger picture.
![]() They also have express steak-umms, that are microwaveable. I'm not a steak umm fan, but my husband thinks they are great. They cook up really fast in a skillet, in just a couple of minutes and you cook them from frozen, so no waiting for them to thaw. I haven't used the microwave ones, but I saw them at super walmart also. HTH |

I love steak ems!! I find it best to get the frozen kind and place them in the microwave for maybe 30 seconds and then roll bacon into them and fry them will a little garlic power.... if u can spare the carbs put a little tomato sauce in the pan while they cook.... WONDERFUL!!!

Pooti, I found them in HEB last weekend across the aisle from frozen pizzas in the case with Hot Pockets and frozen breakfast food. I had never tried them before but I cooked a package up and we really liked them with swiss cheese melted on top. YUM

These are one of the most versative foods in my WOE. The ingredient list is BEEF (and that's it). They only have 110 calories and 30 mg sodium per serving. Like others have said, you can eat them alone or pair them with anything. No waiting to thaw, just pull out of the freezer and fry 'em up in a pan.

I bought the brand at Walmart this week. I was so glad to find it, as I've been looking for "Steak 'Ums" for a long time. At Walmart, they're called "Beef Philly Steak." My dh and I really liked it! |
