Breakfast: - 1½ cups of coffee with Splenda and H n’ H (5.5) - 2 scrambled eggs with butter and cheddar (2) Lunch: - bottle of Diet Dr. Pepper (0) - 2 Steak-Ums with cheddar, mayo, mustard, and dill pickle (2) Dinner: - Sheetz Bacon-Cheeseburger with mayo, mustard, and lettuce (4) Late Meal: - 2 eggs diced with mayo and paprika (2) - ½ cup ricotta cheese with Splenda (5.5) total carb: 21 g |
