Loretta, That's a great idea! I'm winging it today. The Ernesto thing has gotten my schedule all out of whack. Kiddos home from school. Doesn't take much to throw me off. So far I've had some leftover chicken and my daily smoothie. I need to eat lunch (even though it's already 3:15!) but nothing sounds good to me....

Upped my carbs yesterday with the soup and crackers. Was really craving them. Does that make just one pancake Loretta?

Bacon and eggs.

Roll ups of ham, brie and pickle.

Almonds and iced coffee.

Garbanzo bean soup, spinach salad and homemade pimento cheese on saltines.

Wt. 184.
