Menu, Aug. 28, Monday.

Brunch:
Cheesy eggs, bacon and poached egg on sausage with mushrooms.

Iced coffee.

Zucchini lasagna, spinach salad with peaches and feta cheese. Was disappointed in the lasagna. It had a lot of great ingredients but just wasn’t great. Will try again for lunch to see if it improved overnight.

Will add this as this is what I actually ate on Monday.

Hard boiled egg.

Zucchini lasagna.

Piece of brie and cucumber slice. 1/2 avocado.

Hamburger with grilled mushrooms and onion. Tomato slice. Jalapeno poppers.

Frozen yogurt. (Don't know what got into me doing this.........frozen yogurt, I guess. )

The lasagna was better the next day. I did make it myself, used lots of ingredients and lots of pans.

Would you all share some ricotta ideas?

Hope the storm does not hit you, Being Healthy...(.got a shorter name?
