Weekend Menus Aug 26 & 27

Saturday's Lowfat & lowcarb maintainer menu
  • 1/2 decaf black coffee, 4 cups all day
    brunch: reduced fat ricotta cheese pancake w sf syrup
    1:30: carb clever peach slices topped w 5 carb yogurt w cinnamon
    4:00: small taco salad
    psyllium fiber in 8ounces water
    6:00: grilled hamburger patty topped w cheese
    onions & mushrooms sauteed in olive oil
    2 cups mixed greens, fresh veggies, 2 T homemade poppyseed drsg
    6 oz wine
    Snack: 40% less fat bacon, 2 slices, few almonds, CF diet soda
60 ounces water

Cold cucumber soup. Cheese.

Almonds and iced coffee.

Grilled chicken, pattypan squash and caprese salad.

My menu yesterday.

Cup of cold cucumber soup. Piece of brie.

Roll up of thin beef, cheddar and homemade b and b pickles..

More cuke soup.

Iced coffee.

Romaine salad, grouper. Corn sautéed with peppers and bacon.

Almonds.

Sunday's Regular Maintainer Menu

  • 1/2 decaf black coffee, 4 cups all day
    brunch: 2 fried eggs, 3 bacon, 2 slices whole wheat toast
    2:00: banana w 2 tbs natural pb
    4:00: diet root beer float w real cream
    psyllium fiber in 8 ounces water
    6:00: Pot roast ala Bruce
    mock mashed pot
    2 cups mixed greens, fresh veggies, 2 T ranch drsg
    1 ear corn
    6 oz wine
    Snack: Natural pb rice krispie square, CF diet soda
70 ounces water

2.5 mile walk.
