I had a protein shake and a few almonds for breakfast, and for lunch I had scrambled eggs with green peppers and onions and 2 pieces of fried turkey with 3 slices of tomatoe fresh from the garden and about 4 olives and 3 bread and butter pickles (made with splenda woohoo!!) and then for desert I had some blue bunny carb freedom butter pecan ice cream , so I am pretty stuffed as I sit here and write this and drink a cup of green tea. mmmmm

I can't wait to get to maintenance. That looks soooo good.
I had some of Linda Sue's Better Than Boston Creamed Spinach mixed with a couple of scrambled eggs. Really good! |
