Monday's menu 8/21/2006

Didn't plan my weekend but I stayed on track. Here's today's plan:

B: eggs w/mushrooms, onion, nacho cheese
S: berry smoothie
L: Tuna melt; raw veggies w/ranch dip
S: Nuts and cheese
D: Wings

B: 1 cup Uncle Sam's cereal w/sliced banana, splenda packet & 1/2 cup LC FF milk

s: Sf vanilla chai

L: taco salad (1/2 cup taco meat, 2 cups lettuce, 1 tbsp cheese & 2 tbsp lite dressing) and diet coke

s: 1/2 cup purple grapes

D: 1 cup homemade chicken salad and 15 baby carrots

Atleast 120 oz water!

  • 1/2 decaf black coffee 4 cups all day
    Brunch: carbquik bread pudding
    1:30: diced cantalope
    4:00: sf jello w ff cream
    psyllium fiber in 8 ounces water
    6:00: spagetti sauce over cabbage noodles
    2 cups mixed greens fresh veggies, 2 T lc poppyseed drsg
    6 oz wine
    Snack: reduced fat string cheese (1/2 piece) grilled on 1/3rd piece of flatout bread, CF diet soda
60 ounces water

Lunch: garlic veggie dip with broccoli and cauliflower

dinner: 1/2 broiled chicken, tomato

water and fresca, 1/4 cup smoked almonds

L - cup of whole yogurt w/ flax

S - 4-5 grapefruit sections

D - chicken salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, hb egg)

S - baked apple w/ 1/2 c cottage
