Sun Aug 20 Menus

I didn't post my menu from yesterday because we had a LC picnic in the park. That picnic put me up 1.5 lbs ....it's probably water retention but either way I'm cleaning up my eating and eliminating cheese/decreasing cream.

Oh yeah for the picnic we had parmesan/ranch chicken, sugar-free coleslaw, fresh sliced peaches and LC peanut butter choc. chunk cookies.

My menu for today:

B - 2 hb eggs, 3 pcs bacon, 2 cups coffee w/ 1 T. cream each cup
L - spinach salad w/ cucumbers, cherry tomatos, chicken and 2 T dressing
S - Starbucks iced coffee w/ sf hazelnut & cream
D - tuna patties w/ 1 T. dip and side salad & 1 T. dressing
S - if hungry, hb egg w/ ranch

Gotta get ready for church! Have a wonderful, cheat-free day.

REGULAR MENU ON SUNDAY

Weigh in today shows 122 lbs, 2 over goal. Seem to have a problem staying at 120.
On Sundays I eat more carbs and fats. I have done it this way since I started my lc weight loss journey. I have to have one day to enjoy some old favorites.
  • 1/2 decaf black coffee, 4 cups all day
    brunch: 2 fried eggs, 1 polish sausage, 2 slices rye bread
    1:30: banana w 2 tbs natural pb
    4:00: diet root beer float w real cream, few peanuts
    psyllium fiber in 8 ounces water
    6:00: bbq ribs with a rib rub
    left over zucchini w sour cream
    sliced tomatoe
    2 cups mixed greens, fresh veggies, 2 T ranch drsg
    6 oz wine
    Snack: cheddar popcorn, CF diet soda

GitFitMom your menu from the picnic sounds like it was right on track.
I am hooked on natural peanut butter and that is probably my problem. I end up with several tsps during the day.

B: 1 cup Uncle Sam's cereal w/1 pkt Splenda, 1 medium banana (sliced and 1/2 cup LC FF milk

s: 16 oz SF vanilla chai w/skim milk

L: grilled hamburger patty w/LC ketchup and SF pickles and 1 cup steamed broccoli

s: 1/2 cup sliced strawberries and 1/2 cup red grapes

D: taco salad (2 cups lettuce, 1/2 cup taco meat, 2 tbsp taco cheese & 2 tbsp salsa)

s: BB Lite 85 peach yogurt (if needed)
