Whatdja have for lunch today?

I picked strawberries, marrionberries, and wild blackberries... They are still sun warmed and sooo sweet....

My favorite lunch - blend 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/berries & splenda, and then top with more fresh berries.

Looks delicious!

I had a Big Mac salad. I found the recipe online a while back. Basically it's lettuce, ground beef, shredded cheese and dill relish in a bowl with a dressing made from mayo and ketchup. Doesn't really taste all that much like a Big Mac - although I can't say for sure because I haven't had one in probably 30 years. But it's a good salad for a change of pace.

Sunabee, that looks absolutely delicious! Great bowl to put it in. By the way, that's the best picture of you!

I made a salmon patty w/ leftover salmon, made some wasabi sour cream and served it all over sauteed spinach. It's one of my favorite lunches. I'd make it for dinner but my husband doesn't care for it.

I had a "hockey puck with cheese"...That's what our local diner calls my bun-less cheeseburger. And AuntieMame, manys the time I've had a coupla spoons of peanut butter! In fact, a spoonful of peanut butter in drained yogurt with SF vanilla syrup is my usual breakfast.

Today I ate like nobody's business:

4 wings, a rack of ribs(no sauce, as usual), and a serving of 'loaded' mashed cauliflower.

Today I had chilled salmon, a couple of ounces of cheddar cheese some scallions and cucumber slices. It was 105 degrees here at 7:00 this evening. I don't know what it was at lunch, but something cool just sounded good.
