Tuesday's Menu 8/15/06

I'm down a pound this morning! Very motivating. I usually don't lose after just the first day. I stuck with my menu from yesterday but had chicken strips from Wendy's over an hour after my dinner. Couldn't resist when picking up food for the rest of the family due to busy schedules. Here's todays menu.

B: scrambled eggs w/onion and nacho cheese sauce
S: berry smoothie
L: Chicken curry on Dreamfields noodles, soy beans
S: slim jim and cheese
D: Publix hot n spicy wings (unbreaded), blue cheese
