What's For Dinner - Friday night?

Here is what I had last night, but I had a hard day yesterday and didn't feel like cooking much. I'm looking for ideas for tonight. Any suggestions?

WOWZERS, that look awesome! I had ground turkey fajitas on 2 lc tortillas and baked stuffed mushrooms.

You can always cook up some eggs and bacon for a quick fix.

Thank you. That was deli shaved turkey, Louis Rich I think, and some butter lettuce and a low carb tortilla and some pepper jack cheese. My salad was black olives, grape tomatoes, and avocado.

We eat breakfast for dinner lots of times. Eggs or an omlette or even lc pancakes for me and frozen (nuked) waffles or pancakes for husband. He likes breakfast any time of the day.

I had a 1 1/2 cup salad with a few cherry tomatoes and cucumbers with ranch and a dash of vinegar and oil

a piece of fennel crusted cod, I picked off the coating (some bread crumbs)

1 cup of cauliflower with butter

BORING but effective

We went to Shane's Rib Shack and I had the baby back ribs and a side salad. Really high in calories I know, but I made it my lunch and dinner so I don't think I suffered to bad since it's almost 11pm and I am HUNGRY!!
