That looks so good, I see you are using tomatoes? We have lots in our garden but I thought they were considered a fruit? I'm following Dr. Atkins induction level. I'd be delighted to know that tomatoes don't stall? love Carole

I've been eating tomatoes since induction. I eat about 30 carbs a day and of those tomatoes are part of my diet.

But all of us are different and our bodies react differently. All I can say is that if you love tomatoes, try a few and watch and see if you get stalled. I generally get the grape tomatoes because they seem to have the most flavor--that's the kind in the picture, I just cut them in half. When we had our garden going good, I could have just lived on fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. LOL ![]() |
