Level Three

Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
5 bacon
1/2 decaf coffee w/3 Tbs. cream

Lunch:
2 hot dogs wrapped in provolone
small can low carb peaches
(I was only supposed to eat half)

Dinner:
tuna salad
2 cups salad greens

Snacks:
turkey breast w/mayo rollup
vanilla maple tea w/heavy cream

8 grapes, 2 crackers with cheez whiz : !!!!
lunch: greek salad with feta, diet coke
dinner: chicken, green beans

B: 1 egg scrambled in 1 tsp. coconut oil with 1 oz. nacho cheese; 2 strips bacon; decaf Cafe Americano with 2 tsp. heavy cream

S: Decaf with 2 tsp. heavy cream

L: Leftover grilled seabass with lemon/caper beurre blanc, sauteed baby arugula with red onions, bleu cheese, walnuts, and balsamic; oven-roasted green beans

D: Chile lime hot wings, celery stix with bleu cheese/yogurt dip

S: If needed - decaf cappuccino with heavy cream, Greek yogurt with SF honey

Burgers and Sabrat hot dogs on the grill, cut up on my plate with chopped onion, mustard, Low carb catchup
Romaine salad with Italian
grilled summer squash
Iced coffee, cream

Snacks
80 oz water
PM glass or two of merlot and some roasted pecans

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs & 3 sausage links
Snack: 1 oz sharp cheddar & 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch: salad w/ grilled chicken, lettuce, hard boiled egg, bacon, ranch dressing
Dinner: salad w/ tuna (from a pouch) & ranch dressing
