1/2 decaf coffee w/3 Tbs. cream

Lunch:
tuna salad on 2 cups salad greens
2 oz. cheddar

Dinner:
2 hot dogs wrapped in provolone
2 cups salad greens

Snacks:
turkey breast w/mayo rollup

B: 2 eggs, bacon and Americano cheese omelette - double spice tea w/cream
Snack - american cheese slice nuked into 4 little chips
L: Left over Soy Flour breaded Southern Fried chicken from last night's dinner - wrapped up in two lettuce leaves, one tomato slice on each, a little mayo on each w/ 1/2 pc cheese on each.
S: ?
Dinner: Will be steak with homemade poppers YUM!

B: celery w/1 oz swiss cheese, strawberry protein shake, water
S: 1 hard boiled egg and 1 cheese stick, coffee w/cream
L: Veggie "crumble" w/portabello mushrooms, water
S: 1/2 c. plain yogurt w/SF syrup and 1 tbsp chopped nuts
D: leftover cream mushrooms soup (made with tofu, not cream), homemade LC bread w/1 oz cheddar, 1 oz cream cheese/2 tbsp sour cream with sweetener and cocoa (putting 1 tbsp ricotta in it for more of a protein kick)

B: 1 egg scrambled with 1 oz. shredded 3 cheese blend, 2 strips bacon, decaf Cafe Americano with 2 tsp. heavy cream
L: 1 pork tamal, 1 chile relleno, shredded iceberg salad with chopped tomatoes, guacamole, and salsa as dressing
S: Decaf Cafe Americano with 2 tsp. cream
D: Smoked pork chop, cauliflower with salsa con queso sauce, 1/2 a tomato with 1 oz. goat cheese, basil chiffonade, and 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
S: if needed, another decaf and/or 1/4 cup Greek yogurt with SF "honey"
