Level Two

Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
5 slices bacon
coffee w/2 Tbs. heavy cream

Lunch:
2 swiss slices
corned beef
2 cups salad greens w/oil and vinegar

Dinner:
9 oz. salmon steak
2 cups salad greens w/Maries Blue Cheese

Snacks:
2 HB eggs w/1 Tbs. mayo
2 oz. cheddar

lunch: tuna salad,1/2 cup and egg salad 1/ cup 3 melba toast
dinner: diet coke, salad, 2 porkchops broiled

B: 3/4 cup Uncle Sam's cereal w/1/2 cup LC FF milk, splenda pkt and 1/2 banana (1 starch, .5 dairy and 1 fruit)

L: 2 lite hot dogs and 10 baby carrots (2 protein and 1 veggie)

D: 4 oz lean hamburger and 10 baby carrots and 1 cup lettuce w/FF italian dressing (1 protein and 2 veggie)

s: small orange (1 fruit)
