1/2 decaf coffee w/3 Tbs. cream

Lunch:
bacon cheeseburger
2 cups salad greens
green olives

Dinner:
grilled London Broil w/mushrooms
broccoli w/butter

Snacks:
3 oz. cheddar cheese

Very difficult weekend eating at family reunion, trying to get back on track after this setback:

lunch: salad greens, 2 pieces of ham, cubes of cheese

snack:1/4 cup peanuts

dinner: chicken, green beans, water

Great idea to have a separate forum just for menus .

I'm doing Vegetarian version of lowcarbing, about 30-40 grams of carbs a day, not counting carbs in legal veggies.

B: raw celery, strawberry protein shake, coffee with cream
S: 1/2 cup plain yogurt w/SF syrup and a sprinkle of chopped nuts
L: 3 oz veggie crumble (like ground beef only it's soy), 1/4 cup feta cheese, veggies, Italian spices
S: 1 oz soy nuts
D: Creamy cauliflower soup, homemade LC bread w/1 oz cheese melted on it, heavy cream whipped with sweetener and cocoa powder, iced tea
