Very difficult weekend eating at family reunion, trying to get back on track after this setback:

Great idea to have a separate forum just for menus
.I'm doing Vegetarian version of lowcarbing, about 30-40 grams of carbs a day, not counting carbs in legal veggies. B: raw celery, strawberry protein shake, coffee with cream S: 1/2 cup plain yogurt w/SF syrup and a sprinkle of chopped nuts L: 3 oz veggie crumble (like ground beef only it's soy), 1/4 cup feta cheese, veggies, Italian spices S: 1 oz soy nuts D: Creamy cauliflower soup, homemade LC bread w/1 oz cheese melted on it, heavy cream whipped with sweetener and cocoa powder, iced tea Tam |
